You need to sort of trill it - it sounds like the French R to my ears. The German one
differs slightly but is still a good close approximation.
However I don't think Hebrew phonology (that is Modern Hebrew) is really hard apart from
the r. So you just have to keep going. It's stress and the writing system that trip you
up when pronouncing Hebrew.
