For those studying Romanian---I stumbled upon this website the other day:

And what a resource it is. There are several hundred radio dramas that a group of individuals have uploaded to that site on their own time. And it's all free! I am not sure I would say it's for beginners, as the website is aimed at native Romanian speakers, who are interested in listening to radiodramas in their free time. There is a great variety as well---ranging from state produced dramas from the Communist period, to dramas people do in their own homes based on stories they came up with. There are a lot based on Romanian books and plays, and also a lot based on foreign works.
