I’d like to recommend a nice website for Latvian. Its author, A. Steinbergs, seems to be a bona fide linguist, as someone of that name wrote her dissertation on Latvian phonology. The site has a grammar overview that I especially like - the section on verbs has an overview of the conjugations that covers all the important points in an elegant way. There is even a page on Latvian tones which usefully summarizes how these differ among the regional dialects. (This feature of Latvian can be ignored by learners in any case.) There is also a set of lessons with audio.
This site is worth looking at not only for those who study Latvian, but also for the curious who just want to learn a bit about the language. The linguistic information it contains is reliable and well-presented.
