Why using German strong adjective declension if I can use weak declension or mixed
declension. When I use strong declension, and how would I know when to use it?
Please explain it to me...

Didn't you ask the same question a few days ago? Why do you open a new thread with the same question?

Well, you use the strong declension e.g.
- after adjectives without article: roter Wein, kaltes Bier
- after some words like "viel, wenig, etwas...": wenig roter Wein, viel kaltes Bier

Which declension to use is always determined, sorry, no choice is possible!

Why this? Well, the language simply works this way (I must admit that I as a native was really baffeled too, when I read for the first time that we have three different declensions for adjective and that not simply case, gender and number matter, but definitness also)

My really cool and funny try of an axplanation was just destroyed by the fantastic server software, so just a short rewrite:

Singular: Guter Wein, ein guter Wein, it does not make so much of a difference, imo, in most cases.

Plural: Here it is important, because in German we cannot say "Eine teure Weine", we can only say "Teure Weine".
So we have:
Die teuren Weine aus dem Supermarkt, die ich gestern getrunken habe, waren nicht gut. You know those Weine, I can show you the empty bottles.
And we have, on the other hand:
Teure Weine sind nicht immer gut. In general. There is no bottle I could show you right now, but this is a general truth, my wisdom, the fruit of 40 years of a spiritual life.
(Die teuren Weine, die ich gestern getrunken habe, waren sehr gut. Aber teure Weine sind nicht i m m e r gut. Glaube es mir, ich kenne mich damit aus, weiß wovon ich rede.)

(I am sure the above does not cover everything, but) I hope it can help a little bit. (strg-a, strg-c, pooh, now we have a backup, all is fine. post reply ...)

Of course your answer is helpful, thank you...So, in singular it doesnt matter if I use
ein or strong declension?

No, that's not correct, it was a simplification. Articles are a little bit complicated, and right now I don't have enough time to think it through well or look it up. Sorry. (But I think, in general it is a good idea to learn these things step by step, you'll have to come back to it later, anyway.)

I would learn that, but I can't find anywhere the real explanation, I also asked on the
other forums and no one knows the rule for it, so when you have time, be it tomorrow, in
a week or a month, please explain it.
