I'm really glad you said that basica, because I thought the same thing when I looked at
the corrections this morning, then started doubting myself and got so confused I couldn't
remember which preposition meant what any more :D
I am really pleased to have kept it going a whole week; it doesn't sound like long but
it's longer than I've ever managed before. I may even have to start doing a spreadsheet
and graphs like you :D The real test as to whether I can keep it up will be this weeken
though, because I'm going to be away from home.

Glad to be of service :) A week is great, don't be so hard on yourself :) I know going away makes it hard to
keep up with a routine, but if you break it don't fret too much, just pick up where you left off (much easier said
than done I know). I definitely do recommend the spreadsheet. It gets the little geek in me going :D

Just got back home after a busy weekend away. I've just about managed to keep up with
my writing. Here are my words from Friday...
Quote:

...and from Saturday...
Quote:
Cambridge
se nalazi otprilike 130 kilometara od moje kuće. Najlakše je putovati vlakom i put
traje tri sata.
popiti kavu i razgovarati. |

Now I just need to finish Sunday's! I started on the train but was falling asleep - I
seem to have accidentally walked 20 miles this weekend.
As a result of this week's efforts I'm at 7 962 words for the Output Challenge.

Sunday's text got corrected almost instantly. Lang-8 is such a cool website :)

Provela sam lijep vikend sa sestrom u Cambridgeu. U subotu smo razgledale grad.

Monday's words...
Quote:
Danas sam imala važan poslovan sastanak s klijentom.

Lots more errors with commas! But I was impressed that I managed to work in the phrase "u svakom slučaju", which I learned from basica :)
Lots more Budva-watching has been happening. I was supposed to go to bed early last night but I couldn't because I needed to watch a second episode. I only have two episodes left to watch now and so a lot of the storylines are coming to exciting conclusions. Lots more guns, of course, including an armed Savo coming to the aid of someone with whom he has a (to me quite tenuous!) relationship of 'kumstvo'. We also had someone getting hit over the head with a crowbar, which made a change. I'm going out this evening so won't be able to watch any more; will probably finish the series on Wednesday or Thursday evening.
And then I'm not sure how I'm going to fill my spare time :D

I wrote today's 100 words after a not inconsiderable amount of wine. The mistakes
weren't actually that bad. Which CEFR level does being able to write in a language
while drunk correspond to? ;)

išli smo u talijanski restoran u Birminghamu.
ispravkama :) |

Two interesting points from corrections yesterday...
1) sresti implies that you have met someone coincidentally, whereas naći se implies that you had planned to meet them.
2) I am so bad with commas that someone has linked me to a website where I can read about their correct usage :)

Wish I had your luck with lang-8, Radioclare! My posts are just left uncorrected. You deserve that, after all you've been working really hard and regularly.
I try not to even think about comma usage before a C level, given how much it differs even between neighboring languages! It's also something you get used to in the end.
