I went through some more digitizing of missing FSI language audio from official US government tapes using Audacity. As before, very little noise noise reduction was done (only 3dB using the noise removal tool). I've normalized the volume to -1dB. The audio was encoded using LAME encoder VBR setting 4.
I've placed a zip file containing all of the Serbo-Croatian Vol2 (1.0GB) MP3 files as well as photos of the tapes used to produce the files here: http://kanbox.com/f/NE0Fq BTW, I noticed I forgot to normalize the volume for lesson 33 tape 2.
