In the next months I am going to Ireland, Finland and Estonia, and I don't expect using anything else than English unless I have the time for a little Finnish :P

Going to France and Germany soon, in France I'll probably use only English (maybe also Latin, hahahaha) and hopefully I'll speak German in Germany, switching to English whenever needed..

Canada: English, -tiny- bits of French and Italian
Switzerland: English, Italian, French, German, Japanese, Persian, Dutch, Turkish [+ Esperanto and Swedish online while I've been in Switzerland, and occasional reading of and exposure Spanish, Portuguese, Serbian, Romanian, etc without much/any active use, plus listening to web and satellite radio in several other languages occasionally].
Italy: Italian, English, French, German (overheard Japanese, but haven't used it)
Czech Republic: English, Czech, German
Morocco: English, French, Arabic, plus goofing around at a carpet shop and speaking a mixture of everything any of the dozen or so people in it spoke, including fractured basic Japanese - the shopkeepers knew at least a few phrases of most major languages.
Japan: Japanese, English, French
France: English, French
Germany (airport): English, German
England: English
USA: English, listened to Spanish TV but didn't speak it.

Germany (home country): all of my serious languages including Esperanto, Modern Greek and Latin. Specifically, I also spoke all my serious languages in the course of one week at the Internacia Seminario (Esperanto youth meeting) in Paderborn.
Denmark (holiday with my family as a kid): German
Britain: English
France (holiday with my family): German, French, English
Italy (student exchange): Italian, very little German
Quebec / Canada (holiday at a host family): French, English, German, Esperanto
Austria (airport): German, Chinese
China (intensive language course): mostly Chinese, some Esperanto, some English, German with fellow exchange pupils as private language while bargaining except one of the saleswomen at Xiu Shui actually understood!
Czech Republic (1-week seminar): Esperanto, a little German
USA (holiday): English, Esperanto and German with my American boyfriend when we didn't want people to understand
