The multilingual lounge was open to everyone and it was actually quite quiet. At that time, the forum was already quite large, with at least several hundred members. Like I've said before, if you would like to post in another language, you are more than welcome to do it in the Practical Self-study questions subforum.

Thanks Alex. I finally got around to registering at the galbijim website and posted a few things in Korean over there. Its probably the best place for people to practice writing Korean online.
