I have a question for those who are studying German. Does anyone know of a good German grammar book out there. Preferably one with an answer key. I've been wanting one for a while because it has helped me a ton with Russian and I wish to improve my German grammar. Thanks :]

I need to practice typing in Russian so I will do a few exercises from this amazing Russian grammar book. I recommend it to anyone studying Russian. It has helped me a ton and I am not even half way through the book.

Unit 11: Working with the last of 6 Russian cases (in the singular). Finally!

I write with yellow chalk
Nina writes with a yellow pencil
I don't like to write with a new pen.
Boris shows with his fat finger on the map, where he lived.
How do you want to write? With your left hand? (Not to sure if this is correct)
I can't work with one hand.
We are pleased with the new dictionary.
Anna is pleased with her blue dress.

Please correct my mistakes if you spot any. I really appreciate the feedback :]

So far 2 hours or Russian studies for the day. Might continue: 2 hours (+ 1 hour from yesterday that I forgot to add): 3 hours

Total: 3 hours

Long time no update. I've been busy this past week getting ready for finals.

I've done a pretty good deal of work done.

For German I've had about 3 class sessions since I last updated: 7 hours 30 min

I completed quite a few German Assimil lessons. Got all the way up to Lesson 32: 1 hour

German homework and studying: 6 hours

Total: 14 hours 30 min

Russian: with class and all the workbook exercises that I have done: 10 hours

French: I've started to pick it up again and I completed about 20 pages in my new French grammar book. It has been an excellent review for me up to this point: 4 hours

This is the total for two weeks that I didn't record. I will add these up this Friday.

Last week was probably one of the worst weeks I've had since I had started keeping track of my language studies. The whole week I was completely unmotivated and felt that when I tried to do a bit of studying I couldn't focus and, the information would completely leave my memory. It was useless. I suppose its normal to run into one of these every now and then?

Anyway.

The busy work schedule has been wearing me out as well as all the preparation needed for finals week. I can't wait for next week because I will begin my month vacation and, will actually have time to relax. Not only that but, I will have more time to dedicate to language learning :]
