I have been really interested in learning Galician for a while now, but I don't know of any courses to use. I've read articles online and listened to the radio, but apart from that, I can't find anything other than beginner-level lessons online. Assimil has courses for Basque and Catalan, but not Galician. English/Spanish materials are both fine!

I would think, if you speak Spanish, that you could start with those beginner lessons online and then just move on to reading articles and listening to the radio, like you mentioned. I don't think you need anything in between. Maybe I don't understand your question, though.

If you get by some Spanish, I think Galician won't turn out hard for you...one alternative is buying any grammar book on Amazon, isn't it?
I confess that a couple of years ago I attempted to study it hard but realized that I should continue focusing on Spanish...and even English....if I change my mind I will resume my Galician studies sooner or later.

Galician is very, very close to Spanish and European Portuguese. Even if you don't study Galician, but speak Portuguese or Spanish at a basic fluency level, you should pick up most of the conversations.
I'm pretty sure that you've already took a look at it, but i'm posting it anyways:
http://e-galego.cesga.es
That's a Galician course online. To use that you must sign up. Just put your name, password and email on the boxes at right and check the "Alta nuevo alumno". That should be enough.
Maybe it still too easy for you, but It's really hard to find anything online to learn Galician.
Here some tips if you really want it:

Good luck with your studies!

@anamsc: Reading articles and things is fine, I mean often when I stumble across a Galician blog or something it takes me a few seconds to realize that I'm reading Galician and not Spanish, but as for writing/speaking in Galicia, forget it. All the knowledge I have is passive. I've just been looking for something like a Teach Yourself to get started with. Really, any resources available for learning Galician.
@GauchoBoaCepa: The thing is, I don't know of any grammar books. I've searched amazon for grammar books in both English and Spanish and have only found dictionaries.
Here are some sites I did find:
http://bvg.udc.es/
http://www.bivir.com/
which have free e-books available to download. The bvg.udc.es site has a section for Galician grammars, they are all in Galician but I'm going to have a look through some of them :) (EDIT: I thought the grammars were available to view online but it looks like it's just the table of contents. Anyway, there is a list of grammars that I can start searching out.)
EDIT: @FireViN: Yeah, that's the course I found online. And the site you linked to has a wonderful list of resources (the two links I posted above are listed on that site as well). Thanks!
