If you assume that all you need to do is practice for one minute a day, then the theoretical maximum number of languages you could learn and maintain is 1440, although this would mean that you do absolutely nothing else (such as eat, sleep, etc).

I think that I could quite comfortably live with a tenth of that number, although I don't think that I could even name 144 languages off the top of my head.
