Can someone who speaks Korean tell me whether this is authentic or just another Youtube hoax?

It's very funny, but I read about the whole thing in a Japanese paper. They cover North Korea quite a bit mostly negative but some neutral:
The fake "story" was that North Korea did some kind of pirate live broadcast of the World Cup because it could not afford the fee to broadcast it. However this was a completely fabricated story. In reality, what happened was; North Korea got the same deal as other poor developing countries and was free to broadcast the World cup at their leisure, on their state TV just like other similar third world countries. The fee was minimal in the spirit of using sport to unite people. There was also talk that North Korea was breaching US trade sanctions by broadcasting it, which was not true, since FIFA is not governed by the USA and is not a trade organisation. Those trade sanctions IMHO probably achieves nothing of value other than cause suffering for regular people in North Korea. Basically the whole story surrounding this was fake and people might want to think twice about believing everything they here about this country. The only strange thing about the broadcast per the article was taht they cut the broadcast immediately after the game, and went straight onto a film. There was none of the usual post match commentary etc. Haven't seen "Game of their Lives" but it seems like an interesting documentary, thanks for the tip.
