It's interesting that Greek has a vocative but not a dative case.
And, for reference, if anyone needs to type in IPA symbols, here's the site I use.

Greek does have an accusative, perhaps you meant to write dative? I know that in Ancient Greek there used to be a dative, but now it has (mostly) merged with the accusative.
