I've found a free course (downloadable .rar format- must have adobe shockwave installed) teaching European Portuguese with Spanish as a base language, online, from the website of la Junta Extremadura in Spain. Its title is "Curso De Portugués Para Hispanohablantes" It has exercises, dialogs, audio, vocabulary and culture readings. Could be a good supplement for other more intensive courses and useful if you are somewhat fluent in Spanish. Here's the link:
