I just recently discovered "Canada en las Americas":

Maybe Mexican but it sounds like she didn't grow up there.

Probably not: Peruvian, Argentinian, Chilian or Colombian.

Uhfff... You mean Ginela's accent? Maybe Central American or from the Andes. Many cult speakers from these areas have no really specific accent when they use this register. The "standard" she is using is a formal (radio) south american, without specific caribean, nor mexican, nor southern cone "forms"

I'm from Argentina and I'm pretty sure that it's Mexican accent when it comes to the men, the girl could be Colombian, it is a little worn off one, it's what it's called "neutro", which means with no strong local accent or regional words, that can be understood by the majority of Spanish speakers. Arguably the best approach for beginners.
