Please disregard my question. I found three other programs. One with a booklet and two cds. The other two one book and one cd each.

Well, the three programs I found are named: Parlons provençal, Parli Occitan and Parlar Occitan. All are French based programs.
I have to inform everyone also that the books and cds are sold separately. There is one exception the book "Parlar Occitan" that can be bought with one book and two cds or just the book only. It still is not very comprehensive.
The Institut d'Estudi Occitans I think are involved with the Parli Occitan and Parlar Occitan books. The name is in the books anyway. There is more information in wikipedia here.
