I can recommend Elementary Turkish by Kurtuluş Öztopçu. The audio quality is admittedly annoying, but perhaps it's better now that the revised edition was just published.

I like "Communicate in Greek" if you have a teacher, "Greek with ease" (by Assimil) is the best if you don't.

I would suggest The Cortina Method's Greek program as well. It appears to be very comprehensive...
