Firstly, a bit of background. I'm FraZer and live in the UK. I am fluent in English and am a 17 year old language student, with aspirations of decaglottery. Currently, I am stusying French & Spanish at college, and am about to start to learn Czech using David Short's "Teach Yourself Czech."
I'm planning to use this diary system to log my efforts and track my progress, and would also be grateful of any comments or suggestions (literary or general) regarding my learning.
Currently, my sole method of Czech learning will be the method explained, but I will also rent Pimsleur Short COurse from my local library when i've completed this course.
I'll be updating this daily. Usually at about 9.00-11.00 GMT.
=)

Best wishes for your studies. I will be interested in following along to see how learning Czech on your own works out for you, as I would like to learn it myself one day.
