I made the program that shows the lessons but a fluent Manx speaker made the actual lessons (with the audio).
I haven't done the course myself but it looks pretty easy to follow and fairly comprehensive for a beginners course.
I think you could use this this course to go from nothing to having basic Manx conversations and it is 100% FREE.
