During my search I’ve come across the same grammar book in Google books but with a slightly different link. It seems that only pp. 126-127 are missing from the preview. I could produce pp. 123-125 and 128-132. So I’m wondering, can neither of you see the pages I can?

Emme -- this link is still missing the pages in question for me. Don't know why it would be different for you, unless the "previews" somehow randomize themselves at different times. But thanks for trying ... DG
