Came across " TheSlavic and East European Language Research Center" website af while ago when I was looking for some material for Romanian. Thought I would share it.
The "Slavic and East European Language Research Center" put together an impressive collection of language materials, dictionaries, accessible online media and news and much more for languages such as Turkish, Uzbek, Kazakh, Russian, and many more. The complete list can be found at http://www.seelrc.org.
I especially found the reference grammar helpful.

The reference grammar is available in:
Macedonian, Romanian, Polish, Russian, Czech, Slovene, Bosnian, Serbian, Croation and Georgian.
