I recently found a Pimsleur program for German at Border Books for about $30. I have studied German for several years now, including about three semesters of it at college, so I doubt Pimsleur would help me with vocabulary or grammar acquisition. However, my pronunciation still needs work. Do you think Pimsleur would help very much with that?

I think so. I generally don't like Pimsleur that much because it is so slow, but for pronunciation it can be quite good. They do the backwards buildup, or backformation I think they called, where they start at the end of the word:
-es
-alles
-eralles
-überalles
That is very effective. You can of course also look at Assimil and just repeat the dialogs hundreds of times, that might be even better. Then there is FSI, but the sound quality is worse.

As a language teacher, I also build up language, especially sentences for pronunciation, from the end, rather than the beginning, when I'm first introducing it. Apparently, this helps preserve the correct intonation in the sentence when you are drilling it.
I agree that Pimsleur will help with pronunciation.

It'll only help you with your pronunciation if you're able to stick at it, and there's a real risk that you'll just get bored if there's no new stuff on the CDs.
How much does Pimsleur sell for second-hand? If you'll be able to make the money back on eBay, you've got nothing to lose....
