Do you talk to yourself in Swahili? I talk to myself in the language that I'm learning, especially when I'm unable to study much. I say things like:
* Where is ... ?
* What is this?
* I need this.
* Who is that?
* Who are you?
The last two I say when I'm driving. The more you do it, the more you will talk to yourself and find other ways. Also, you can greet your child too.

Yes, I usually talk to myself in Swahili throughout the day and even to my son as well since he really wants to learn too. It just so happens that I didn't do any of that on Tuesday and it was so easy NOT to. I've found talking to myself and my son in the language though has been wonderful practice.
