Would anyone know where I could download an SRS/Anki list for Assimil New French With
Ease? I've looked around on the Internet, and although lots of people share lists, I
haven't found any for the first lessons of French Assimil.

The trouble with downloading lists is that it takes away from actually finding the words yourself, so you'll have no context to work with when you actually see the words, even if you're familiar with them already. The whole process of scouting out your own words is very important for ingraining the words into your memory, and I wouldn't recommend relying solely on a certain list for your learning. That said, to answer your question, I don't know what I can find it, but hopefully someone can help you out if that's what you're looking for.

A while ago I started adding French Assimil sentences to an Anki deck but lost steam along
the way. I think the deck is called HTAL French and the Assimil sentences are tagged
"Sentence". If there's interest, I can resume the project.

How far did you get? Would you be willing to share what you have so far?

There are 113 lessons in that course; I entered 38 lessons (about 33%). Now that you've
reminded me, I think I'll get back to work on the deck again.
The deck is already being shared through Anki's distribution system. It is called "HTAL
French". If you'd like, I can also send it directly to you.

Have a look at this thread Link
It contains instructions to convert Jmemorize files to Anki and while the cards don't have translations, just the original sentences, they'll reduce the amount of work you have to do.

Thanks!! I found it there. I'm probably going to tag it with lesson numbers or something
like that, otherwise my friend needs to wait until lesson 38 before she can review the
whole thing.

Yeah, I recently noticed that I should have tagged it to the lessons. If you can tag
the pre-existing lessons, I'll try to add all the other lessons and tag them as I go
along. If it makes your life easier, the following lessons' sentences haven't been
tagged:
8,9,10,11,12,13,15,16,17,18,19,20,22,23,24,25,26,27,30,33,34 ,36,38,43,44,45,46,54,57,82
