I seem to remember viewing a website which was an online learning course for Spanish. I 'think' it was an official
kind of one. They had a free and paid for membership and there were videos..

I am being very vague i know, can anyone name a few - i wanted to take a look again!

(I seem to remember it had a green and white colour scheme!?)

Thanks if you manage to remember it !

PS: I'm not normally this vague!

You could be thinking about Hola, ¿Qué tal? curso which is produced by RTVE and the Cervantes Institute. It has a free and a paid level with videos and multimedia.
