Hey, so I am studying Spanish. I'm looking for things like Spanish music...ok mostly
Spanish music. In the public domain, so that I don't have to pay or break the law. It's
fairly difficult to find music like this when you don't speak Spanish and therefore I
come to you to see if you could point me anywhere, towards titles or lyrics or maybe
artists that have freely posted their music for public viewing (i don't mean, however,
other people posting it for them like so often happens) ect. Thanks!

YouTube pays royalties to artists irrelevant of who submitted the video. But every artist
releasing a music video today will release it on YouTube themselves anyway. Pandora.com
have a few Hispanic music channels which are good for getting introduced to new songs and
artists.
My favourite strategy for finding new songs is to open up a song I like on
YouTube, watch it, click on one of the related videos, and rinse and repeat.
To get you started, the two objectively best songs ever written in the Spanish language
are Arrancacorazones by Attaque 77 and Mil Horas by Los Abuelos de la Nada.
