I'm just over halfway through Instant Immersion Hawaiian, and it's been a great little supplementary audio course for listening to whilst walking to and from work. It only covers the basics, but it's already helped prep me for some of the grammatical structures introduced later in the main coursebook we use in class (Ka Lei Haʻaheo). The longer narratives included with the lessons will I'm sure be good practice for me when my level improves, but for the time being, I just listen to these and practice repeating the other sections that focus on new vocabulary and grammatical structures. I found my free copy in the university library, and there are accompanying PDFs online.
