Hi guys, book2 can be a useful tool, mostly for the
rare languages with few material available. But how
to use it in order to get the most from it?

Thank you in advance ;)

I just study one lesson a day, but I think it would be useful to add those sentences to Anki and review them, for those who like doing so.

Thanks @Expugnator.
How do you study it exactly? If I just hear the lesson I forget it after 2 seconds.

Same here =D But I'm not known for retaining what I study, so maybe others can give you better insight.

The app has some exercises for practicing the sentences. You can also follow some L-R techniques: read everything once, then listen only, then read again. The audio usually has the sentence followed by a translation in another language of its own, so maybe just simple repetition will help you retain more.

Oh wow, this an incredible resource. This is exactly the kind of material I need for my Hindi and Thai studies at the moment.   Thanks so much for bringing it to my attention!

@Expugnator, thanks again! I didn't notice there was an app. I'm going to test it in the
following days, however seems that there are just some lessons for free and the other
have to be payed. They should be reasonably cheap anyway.
I actually think that I will buy the book for the language I'm studying with.

@YnEoS: yes it is! Maybe not the best one, but I find invaluable to have it for the rare
languages. Unfortunately I didn't find many information on how to maximize its use.

Are you guys familiar with the tests from the same publisher?

I've been also using them.
