Which to me is just a confirmation that he really doesn't care anymore and hasn't for some time. I get that it's the summer (in the northern hemisphere) and that some people, myself included, are on vacations. But really, if he can finally manage to find the time pay his overdue URL registrare bill he can also manage the time to post a quick message to the forum or a send quick reply to the Emk and/or the other moderators that have been trying to contact him for weeks now. 3 persons have voted this message useful | ||||||

I'll give you that taking some time to compose one's thoughts publically is probbly logical (though
again, he's been given quite a bit of time), however he's also doing a rather poor job communicating privately with people like Emk. It's also not like this is a new problem. FX had plenty of time (years) to think about whether or not he wants to maintain this website and has very clearly shown that he doesn't. Let's also be very clear that renewing your domain name and is a drop in the bucket it terms of maintaining a website. 5 persons have voted this message useful | ||||||

I love this site. I always have. I am hoping that the moderators can reach an agreement with the admin so we
can get a modernized version. And I am really grateful to emk and to rdearman for sailing us through the storm, to mrwarper for watching all our backs and to Serpent for making sure I was notified of the events. FX produced a wonderful site and a wonderful community. It would be a shame if cares so
little about it that he won't pay any attention to the community he created. FX, please, please come back and make this right. I'm not sure what right is for you, but I'm pretty sure that what is happening now is not right. It occurs to me that perhaps the Administrator simply no longer has an interest in keeping the forum active and is happy to preserve it as a reservoir of information and old discussions.
