You've surely been on the forum long enough to know the drill: check the URL for blank spaces inserted by the forum software and delete them.

Or the poster could have included them as below:

http://rapidshare.com/files/271959174/DLI_Indonesian_Course. zip.001
http://rapidshare.com/files/272080467/DLI_Indonesian_Course. zip.002
http://rapidshare.com/files/272094315/DLI_Indonesian_Course. zip.003

(If you don't know what I just did, hit the "quote" button and you'll see it in the message.)

I am guessing that the files for the Indonesian Course will need to be joined with HJSplit? For some reason Vista doesn't allow HJSplit to work on my computer- does anyone know of an alternate programme that will do the same thing?

Many thanks.

You must be joking! Did you really want liddytime to type out all that I see when I hit the quote button?

That's how the forum software works.

All you have to do to put links in the forum is type [ url = the site address ] the site name [ /url ]
When you're typing it, obviously don't include the spaces, I just had to put them in so you could see what you have to type. Here's an example written using the above method:
Google
Use preview post to check if it works. If you type it this way, the forum doesn't insert any spaces into the link.

Also, I really think the Internet Archive would be the best place to put these courses, at least until Poetry gets a DLI site up and running. Archive is a legitimate website, so you don't run the risk of being accused of piracy, and also they can check the copyright status of the courses.

Not to mention that in some places (guess where!) Rapidshare is near impossible to access. Not that I don't appreciate all your efforts...
