It's been a long time. There aren't enough hours in the day.
I haven't been listening to my podcasts regularly. I have started reading "Die Leiden des Jungen Werther" in a dual-language book. Once I get going I can follow along comfortably enough. I don't seem to have much free time during the day, and end up squeezing in what I can. I could be using my time more effectively, but considering my full time job and social commitments, I am pleased with what I am able to do. I should begin making a list of vocabulary, however. French has been progressing dismally. Mandarin is my first priority, followed by German, and so French has been relegated to third. I should alternate weekdays between French and German. I certainly have overextended myself. But I will succeed. Today I will work on a French lesson over lunch. Forgive me my fragmented post.
