So I have this project in my Latin class. We have lines of one of Cicero's orations (mine are below) and we have to provide a structural overview, grammatical analysis, and translation. The translation will be no problem, but I was wondering if some members of this forum could help break down the sentences into parts? I need to identify any anaphora, praeteritio, chiasmus, or tricolon crescens used. I need to identify indirect statements and rhetorical questions, and I need to identify all verbs, nouns, and any other important words.

I'm not asking you guys to do my homework, but any help is greatly appreciated. In return I can provide with some links to Latin sites and a dictionary program, if anyone is interested.

Simili senatus consulto C. Mario et L. Valerio consulibus est permissa res publica; num unum diem postea L. Saturninum tribunum pl. et C. Servilium praetorem mors ac rei publicae poena remorata est?

I'm surprised my new teacher hasn't realized that nobody in my class knows anything about Latin.

It was due yesterday, but he extended it to tomorrow. I should have posted this earlier, but I got it done anyway. But any advice or whatever would be nice.
