I thought this was presented in a funny way, and also quite useful for anyone learning
English. These are definitely* words that I have to think twice about when using and
English is my native language.
10 Words you need to stop misspelling

I'm a terrible, terrible speller in English. I use Firefox for the primary reason that it spell checks everything you write, by underlining in red if it's wrong. (Plus Firefox is faster.) I don't have trouble with words that are similar (two/too/to, they're/their), just random words like doctor. (I have tried to write docter many times.) And definitely! I want it to be definitely.
But apparently, that would make me an a-hole. :D That page is hilarious.
I have a much easier time spelling in French. I think it's because the language is much more regular than English.

Halie I completely agree! I've always spelled "Weird" wrong :( I wonder how many dolphins I killed...

Whenever I have to spell an ei/ei word, I still have to silently sing Snoopy's song* from
Charlie Brown's Spelling Bee special.
(Some may not know this references so you may have to google it.)

Unfortunately, I'm guilty of spelling definitely wrong. On the upside I already knew I was an a-hole.
One that wasn't mentioned that I see constantly is when people write things like 'I hate to waist time'. It's a personal favourite.

Is that, "I before E, except after C or when sounding like A as in neighbor or weigh"?

Yes, but I actually hear Snoopy playing his mouth harp as Charlie Brown sings in my
head.
