I can assure you, that Morrocan dialect has nothing to do with Arabic language.
I know MSA and Syrian dialect but when 2 Morrocans speak in front of me, i can't understand a word, and i am a native Arabic speaker i can tell.

I disagree with both of these comments. I can understand Moroccan, more than I can of a more distant Arabic dialect: Maltese. The FSI link I posted shows that Moroccan is related and derives mostly from Arabic. As far as speaking goes, then yes the problem is more to do so with the speed they speak and the way many words are reduced to consonant clusters (that I still recognise e.g 'uskut' becomes 'skut'), but still I don't have too much problem understanding them (when they spoke slower and I tuned in to their dialect). I know that Algerians (their nearest neighbours) have problems understanding them but again this is to do with the speed Moroccan is spoken, not their vocabulary.
