I have a lot of questions, so I'll combine them all here in the interests of not clogging up the forums :)

Today's question(s):
(1) következnek (sentence: Életük legszebb évei következnek) - do I interpret this as meaning:
(a) for all years into the future (as evei = plural),
(b) some year in the future, or
(c) the very next year?

Could a Hungarian speak please render the example sentence in these 3 ways, so that I can compare the difference?

(2) 'A portas kivancsi, hogy milyenek a francia újsagok
Is the porter is wondering what kind of french newspaper it is? I am unclear on 'hogy milyenek' here.

(3) A ti macskatok fogta meg az egeret

If 'meg' were excluded from this sentence, would the implied meaning be that the cat caught the mouse and the mouse got away?

Thanks!

Edited - this one's been answered now :)

(4) Current priorities:

Verbs: present tense (jelen idõ) - definite and indefinite (alanyi es tárgyas rágozás)
Declension: possessive structures - pronominal possession (az õ macska), nominal possession (Anna macskája, Annanak a macskája), non-attributive possession (Kié az a macskák? Ez a macska Annaé)
Vocabulary: everyday vocabulary (food, home items etc)

Any tips or quiz-like questions are welcomed :)

(5) Hogy elmegyünk

Is the best English verb to translate this 'depart for' ? The mta sztaki online dictionary gives both 'leave' and 'arrive' as possible translations. Perhaps a Hungarian speaker could give me some examples of the use of elmegy?

Thanks!

Thanks very much! I'm working through your helpful responses now. As for #5, I think I may have edited down a sample sentence poorly, to get an example of the grammar I was thinking about.

Thanks again (and there are more questions to come!)
