(ok first of all I'm a total nerd and this post will of course only strengthen that)

so today for the first time, I was confused for a native speaker.

a new member joined my guild today(world of warcraft spain), and in my guild we talk on ventrillo a lot to confirm stuff in raids and such.

so Its only me and this new guy online, and I start talking to him on Ventrillo, we we're talking for at least 10 minutes before he realized I was not a native speaker(because I made a mistake)

but overall I was feeling really good about this achievement and am very happy that I was able to do that.

cheers!

that's super... I would feel so good in that case. That happened to me once, while hitch hiking and trying to speak french with the driver. When she said she thought I was french, I was SO excited.

So, what was the mistake, just out of curiousity?

I was starting to get crazy with words, messed up my grammar a bit and also said

embarazada instead of entusiasmo (which really killed it =/) until then I was doing great though lol.

I would never make that mistake while writing, but when talking I don't know it just came out I don't think about it when I'm talking lol
