I was planning to make this thread earlier and then that WPM thread came up, which has a related topic.
What language would you guys consider to be the easiest to speak fast in? Also, has anyone here who can talk at a faster than usual pace in their native language ever tried speed talking in another language?
For me as I become more comfortable in Korean I find myself trying to apply my English speed (7-11 words a second depending on sentence content), although some have told me that my accent deteriorates when I do that. But it's really hard for me to talk at the speed of the average English speaker; it takes more concentration that I have so little bursts of speed are thrown into my speech every few sentences.

Korean might be a little harder, as they have weird sounds most English speakers would be unfamiliar with, and hence hard to master especially when talking fast.
If you must speak that fast though, I would suggest first practicing with a passage - speak it slow and clear, and gradually speed up. I have no idea how that would turn out for you, for Korean, but it worked well for my French so far.
It's also how fast you can think in that language. If you have to translate it from your native language every time, you'll always speak slow. If you can think in that language, then grasping every opportunity to practice it with native speakers should be enough to get you speaking fast and fluent.

Mexican Spanish. I live in an area of the US where there are many immigrants. It seems to me that they speak
mind-blowingly fast.

I would think that a language that has a lot of open syllables like Japanese or Swahili would be easy to speak quickly. Spanish also has this advantage because it doesn't have too many complicated consonant clusters.

I seem to speak very slowly as compared to native Hungarians. At the moment, my brain & my 'tongue' can't go that fast! I get muddled up if I try too hard. I figure they'll just have to deal with me talking slower than usual for a while!

I agree Spanish is fast. At least to me, it's like the fastest language I have ever heard. Faster than French, Italian, Portuguese, a lot faster sounding than any German language.

Personally I think that the Romance languages are way faster than Germanic languages. I'm not sure about other languages though, but I'd go for Spanish as well.

I want to kind of question Spanish. Can someone who speaks it find information on rapper Big Metra? He likes to rap fast in a lot of his songs but the fact that I can move my feet across a 7-foot space (see: Pump It Up) as fast as he can rap doesn't bode well for his speed. Is he considered one of the fastest Spanish rappers?
But I do agree that Spanish does sound fast at times.
