Pourquoi apprendre le français?

J'apprends le français parce que mes deux chattes, Shiloh et Jadie, ne comprennent pas l'anglais. Je dit les phrases anglais comme "Come here Kitty" ou "Don't scratch the sofa", mais elles n'écoutent pas. Je crois que elles sont Québécoise.

Vermonter, you've already got quite a good level in French!

A couple of things:
Je dis les phrases en anglais.
Je crois qu'elles sont Québécoises

LOL. Actually that's not an easy one. I don't know if there's an exact translation for it. You can say something like "tu assures" or t'assures which is French slang meaning something like "You're the man!" as well as "you can handle it"
An example:
A: - Hé, t'as vu George Clooney dans le film X ?
B: - Que du bon! Franchement ce mec assure grave!
