Finished my third round of step 3. My comprehension and ability to stay on track have improved, but again, the material is still a long way from being "well understood" by me. I could continue with this method, but I feel as if I've learned everything that I needed to from it. As I suspected, it's not a miracle method. I believe normal reading, combined with listening to podcasts and such, will be more effective for me.
