It would perhaps be enough by itself if passive recognition of Russian texts is all you seek.
If speaking and listening are also what you want to do, then you need other methods as well. I like watching YouTube extracts of Russian films, to cite one alternative.

I have downloaded the Princeton Russian Course - what can I say - it looks awesome! I just finished my library science degree and I have many goals. One of these is learning Russian.
I am planning on using this course (eventually), and also using the Penguin Russian course.
Just a simple question from anybody that has used Princeton Russian; how far will it get someone who is motivated to learn the language?
