It does look rather nasty, yes? Those disgusting things are sold in some baseball parks as novelty food items, along side deep-fried candy bars. I wonder who invented this nightmare. Too much time and money and lack of concern for their own health and that of others.

Have you ever heard anyone stutter in a tonal language? |

Both my host mom and brother here in Thailand stutter, I can't say it sounds any more unusual than a stutter in a non tonal language.
That being said, after studying Thai, Lao sounds "funny", it feels like I should be understanding more than I do.

Dear god, deep fried candy bars? I feel sick...
*After watching this video, I'd also like to add Old English as a funny sounding language; I started laughing, though at the same time it's fascinating to listen to.

This thread reminded me of two clips I saw on YouTube about Finnish
Finnish for supermodels Since this is entirely in Finnish, I will give a brief summary. The woman is a Finnish model who has been living abroad for a few years and has forgotten some words she should know, so she tries to make up her own words, and these made up words are mostly gibberish.
Conan O'Brien interviewed by two Finnish kids The really humorous part of this clip for me is that the boys may not understand most of Conan O'Brien's responses to their questions.
