You're simply wrong about this - there are a ton of female posters, including myself. You've simply assumed we're male.

I would be surprised if this forum wasn't largely comprised of males. Males are
statistically more drawn towards specialized intellectual fields than women.

Is that supposed to be a joke? My opt-in language classes at otherwise evenly-distributed schools were always 75% women or more, one was even all-women.

I'm female too.

In fact, women on average are more gifted in languages than men. Now, there might be more men polyglots than women, but that's because there are more deviations in men's race than in women's race, to both sides, which is reflected in other areas as well.
