After quite a while of searching I have finally found a place near me that teachers
Japanese, however, I'm a bit unsure about the whole thing simply because of the way the
school introduces itself via its website.
There is no direct mention of pricing on the website at all, just words to the effect
of "we have different pricing tariffs to suit individual needs", and they claim to have
a "different" and "effective" way of teaching the target language, however, they won't
explain quite what this method is.
So, I decided to give them an email and ask directly about pricing for their Japanese
lessons, but I received a very wishy-washy reply stating that the best thing to do
would be come along for further discussion.
Do most language schools play it like this, or does this school sound like there's a
good chance of it being over-priced and gimmicky?
Cheers

Ask them about how many of their students go on to pass recognised certificates of Japanese. Is there a link to the school?
