Someone already said Wastern Slavic languages, but didnt specifically point out Croatian so add that one to your list.

Why on earth would you want more diacritical marks>>??? I hate them and try to pick languages with the LEAST diacritical marks. The way I feel, Id rather have a completely different alphabet than Roman + a billion extra marks. If a language that uses the Roman alphabet has that many diacritical marks then its usually a sign that the Roman alphabet really wasnt the best fit to illustrate the sounds that language makes

Because Croatian is neither West Slavic nor does it have that many diacritics (Č, Ć, Đ, Š, Ž). French, Dutch, Welsh,
and the other languages mentioned here have quite a bit more.

No offense, but "West Slavic" means a particular group of languages, not those Slavic languages that are
geographically more western than "East Slavic" languages (i.e. Russian, etc.). Slovenia and Croatia may be
geographically to the west of much of Slovakia and Poland, but the former are "South Slavic" and the latter are "West
Slavic."

Here's a sampling of some common languages. Look at Vietnamese down at the bottom--what a monstrosity! I generally like languages with lots of diacritics, but personally that looks a bit too much like a train crash to me...

Portuguese (Brazil): á, à, â, ã, ç, é, ê, í, ó, ô, õ, ú, ü
Catalan: à, ç, é, è, í, ï, ó, ò, ú, ü
Spanish: á, é, í, ñ, ó, ú, ü
Italian: à, é, è, ì, ò, ù
Romanian: ă, â, î, ş, ţ

Icelandic: á, æ, ð, é, í, ó, ö, þ, ú, ý
German: ä, ö, ü, ß
Swedish: ä, å, ö

Breton: ê, ñ, ù

Albanian: ç, ë

Hungarian: á, é, í, ó, ö, ő, ú, ü, ű
Estonian: ä, ö, õ, ü **
Finnish: ä, ö **

Azerbaijani: ç, ə, ğ, ı, ö, ş, ü

Yoruba: á, à, é, è, ẹ, ẹ́, ẹ̀, í, ì, ó, ò, ọ́, ọ̀, ṣ, ú, ù

Vietnamese: à, ả, ã, á, ạ, ă, ằ, ẳ, ẵ, ắ, ặ, â, ầ, ẩ, ẫ, ấ, ậ, đ, è, ẻ, ẽ, é, ẹ, ê, ề, ể, ễ, ế, ệ, ì, ỉ, ĩ, í, ị, ò, ỏ, õ, ó, ọ, ô, ồ, ổ, ỗ, ố, ộ, ơ, ờ, ở, ỡ, ớ, ợ, ù, ủ, ũ, ú, ụ, ư, ừ, ử, ữ, ứ ự, ỳ, ỷ, ỹ, ý, ỵ

These aren't considered letters with diacritics are they?
æ is just a digraph
ß is just a letter, isn't it?
ð and þ are just letters
ø I think this one might be considered a diacritic though...

True, I guess I was just listing any "special" letters that they had.
