I just stumbled upon his youtube page and have been looking the web for a while now for
info about him. I was wondering what his background and biography was. He seems like a
great polyglot who has a lot of good videos.

Does anyone know anything else about him and his studies?

Mr. Po-ru, look at this website for more information:

http://www.glossika.com/

Certainly, Glossika's knowledge of languages is impressive and I have been intrigued by some of his videos.

In one of them, Glossika talk about triangulation, however, is not new to this website's members.

According to him, "no use of reading or writing is used during the training and I encourage students to do this in free time". Personally I don't agree with this fact. Both are important resources to learn any language for most people.

Maybe you missed the "during the training" part? Reading and writing in class takes a lot of time, which instead could be used for more "active" activities such as pronunciation, conversation etc. I fully agree.

By the way, Mike Campbell himself is a member of this forum.

You're right, I missed that part.

Then, I totally agree with you.
