As a vain person, I like to increase my credentials in a language, according to my profile. Thus, I have a question. Do Television transmissions count as radio transmissions, since they, two, are oral and it's hard enough to find a good French tv station, much less a radio station?

Remove any spaces in the links. Hopefully at least one is good enough to listen to for 5 or 10 minutes.

You decide whether radio counts as much (or little) as TV. On the one hand you aren't distracted by the picture, on the other you don't get any clues from the picture. It depends on the programs you listen to or watch, and it also depends on your general level of 'distractability'. The easiest thing is assess the possible sources you can find and then go for the things that interest you most. Personally I prefer TV if I can find something suitable

Is there a contest going on? You need to decide what helps you learn the language more. And that includes holding your interest. I doubt worrying about what "counts" as something else is going to help much.
