Apart from my channel, there are other Spanish resources on Youtube.

>> 2. Spanish podcasts for native speakers?

Spanishpod.com is excellent. Maybe as good as or better than Spanishpod101.com.

I just realized you asked about podcasts for "native speakers." Native speakers of what language?
Spanishpod.com is for a native English speakers trying to learn Spanish.

Spanishpodcast.org is my preference for a learning Spanish podcast. It's free (donations are accepted), interesting and very high quality.

Looks interesting. Do you know if they have English translations available, or is it 100% in Spanish?

You can find articles in different languages including Spanish and English here:

http://www.project-syndicate.org/

You can use them as parallel texts. It is very good.

Video Spanish news with its Spanish transcription here:

http://es.euronews.com/

If you have basic Spanish knowledge, it is very useful.

I prefer Praxis Language SpanishPod.com more than SpanishPod101.com moreover they appeared much later.
SpanishPod.com is not so boring and has greater hosts.
