Well yes, your command of French is amazing for two years.

And your elocution is also remarkable. You have the little lift at the end of phrases that is characteristic of the French, and also some of the intonation that young French people have. Put it this way, your French sounds better than that of Jane Fonda who has an American accent when she speaks French

You've lived in France surely ?

I've never ever been to France or other francophone country and have had only a handful of chances to speak with French people. I'm quite happy to hear your comments as I have worked a lot of time on my pronunciation. Lots of radio and 'chorusing'. However I'm not fluent yet, I feel some time in France would make me finally fluent but that's not possible at the moment, I hope to have the chance soon.

Wow. You're really good.
I've been studying French on and off for a long time, mostly off. Result => basic fluency level.=(
You mentioned that you understand almost everything on TV and films, so I'm interested in knowing what you did to improve your listening comprehension.

Thanks in advance.

Below is my method to improve pronunciation and listening in language learning on the computer.

First, install panopreter which is a text-to-speech freeware program, it
reads text-based files or words, and support many other languages. It also converts such files into wave and
mp3 files, users can import generated audio files to portable devices such as ipod, and listen to them while
walking, jogging or commuting to work.

Second, install a French voice engine available at cepstral.com,
if you learn Spanish, German or some other languages, you install corresponding voice engines.

After doing so, you can improve French pronunciation and listening skill on your computer. Panopreter will read
any French words or files, you just listen to it whenever you like.

Edit: Yuibnmp is affiliated with this program. - Rhian, Moderator
