I stumbled across a publisher producing Gaelic audiobooks today: Ur-Sgeul. This is noteworthy, as it's the first real effort to make audiobooks in a Celtic language that I've been able to find.
Does anyone here have any experience with them, and/or know other companies doing the same thing for any Celtic language?

I've not listening to their stuff, but the initial purpose of recording their books was the number of native Gaels who are illiterate in their own language so couldn't read the printed versions, so it's "authentic materials" rather than being aimed at learners.
Another good one if you can get hold of it is the later edition of Fo Sgàil A Swastika. It's the World War 2 memoirs of a famous poet. The original edition was just printed Gaelic, but a later edition was released with a parallel translation on facing pages (but they didn't line up the paragraphs exactly). It also has a recording made by the local historical society of the poet himself reading the book. It's not the world's best recording, because it was taken with a tape recorder, so there's some hiss and slight problems with volume.
A newer bilingual book (and more readily available) is Còcò 's Crùbagan, which is an old island woman's childhood memoires. Unfortunately for fans of parallel texts, it has all the stories in Gaelic in one section, followed by everything in English. Again, it comes with the author reading the Gaelic text, but this time it was specifically recorded for the book, so it's much better quality.
There are no English translations for any of Ùr-Sgeul's books.
