Hmmm... I don't know about a complete grammar, but you can find quite a few useful articles here:

It's not just a phrase book, in spite of the title. The same site also features a very good french-english-french dictionary that also gives conjugations for the verbs.

That is a free French online grammar with exercises and answers. I am not sure, but I think you can download it or at least part of it.
